In our monthly "Solution Shootout's", TA's independent subject matter expert members and telecom vendors debate the merits of various Internet phone systems and related voice, broadband Internet and wide area data network services being offered to business end users through telecom agents, channel partners and equipment VARs ("value added resellers"), MSPs ("managed service providers") and computer network integrators. When we decide who's doing the best job, in what areas and why, we publish that "buyer's guide" information here and at our "Buying Telecom" blog.

If you feel this information is useful, please order your business phone, Internet and telecom data services through a TA member who has volunteered their expertise to publish these buyer's guides for the benefit of business end-users and their trusted phone and IT equipment advisors.

TA Buyer's Guides in Production - The following buyer's guides are in the process of being completed but you can get much of the value already by clicking the links below.

"BYOB" Hosted VoIP Phone Systems - A hosted VoIP business phone system allows a business to "rent" a modern "dial tone over the Internet" phone system with all the current options without having to buy the phone system equipment that must be stored and maintained in the customer's office.  The "BYOB" (bring your own broadband) hosted VoIP modifier allows a businesses to access the Internet dial tone over their existing broadband connection be it cable, DSL, integrated T-1 or business fiber without having to subscribe to a dedicated T-1 connection or MPLS upgrade.  Click here to view TA's BYOB Hosted VoIP Buyer's Guide

White Label Conference Calling - White or private label conference calling providers allow larger volume conference end-users or telecom/IT channel partners to have a conference solution that is branded with the name of the business end-user or the telecom/IT channel partner instead of the audio or web conference calling services provider. Click here to view TA's White Label Conference Calling Buyer's Guide

Local Dial in or Toll Audio Conference Calling - Local dial in or toll audio conference calling allows the host of an audio conference call to significantly lower the cost of hosting an audio conference call by eliminating the per minute 800 toll-free conference call access number without forcing the conference call participants to pay long distance charges to access the conference call.
